The number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Wisconsin is now 3,721, according to numbers released on Wednesday  by the Wisconsin Department of Health Services.

This is an increase of 177 positives from Tuesday.

There have been 39,326 negative tests so far. 182 people have died.
